NDDC: Ongoing 2017 Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) at NRG PARK, HOUSTON, TEXAS. USA

The MD/CEO of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Mr. Nsima Ekere has led a team of NDDC delegates to attend the 2017 OTC Conference, in Houston, Texas. USA in a bid to explore partnership opportunities with potential investors in the Niger delta region.


Executive Director Projects, NDDC, Engr. Samuel Adjogbe, FNSE in a statement to newsmen at the auspicious event stated:

"NDDC is here to further allay the fears of potential investors interested in doing business in the Niger Delta region as against exaggerated security challenges by media reports in the past"

On the role of NDDC in partnering with and attracting potential investors to the Niger Delta region. 


Adjogbe affirmed that:

"Areas of support and possible partnership with potential investors shall include provision of basic infrastructural requirements such as construction of roads, power facilities expansion to investment locations, interface between host communities and potential investors, to mention but a few of them."

This move, he said, is geared towards boosting socio-economic activities in the Niger Delta region.

The conference holds from 1st — 4th of May, 2017.
