Women Affairs Minister looks for more Women Being Developed In Delta And Across The Nation

The Minister of Women Affairs, Senator Aisha Alhassan, has charged states and neighborhood governments to support more prominent cooperation of women in government policies and projects. 

The minister who was in Government House in Asaba to see the state governor Tuesday, said her visit to the state was a continuation of her backing and edification battle on the strengthening of Nigerian women. 

She said her crusade was basic to urge the womenfolk to accept open door of a few progressing Federal Government programs for women advancement. 

Reacting Governor Ifeanyi Okowa stated, "The more we draw in our women the better for the nation. They are the mainstays of the home. Anything that will elevate them will convey peace to the home."
